Failed: Address not found

Every time I try to upload a project it says "Failed address not found."
I've checked all my internet connections and they are working...
I don't know what's wrong....this has been happening for a few months now.... hmm
It never happened before....
Please help me

If your connections working, do you have anything like a firewall that might be blocking it?  smile

Try disabling it for a minute or two when you upload your project to see if that works.

I turned off my firewall and things like that and it still didn't work..  hmm

try run as administrator by 
left clicking the icon on your desktop and click run as administrator, now see if u can upload

no it doesn't...i was able to upload myself a few months ago on the same computer, but now I've been having my friend do it because my computer won't upload projects  hmm

I think....how do I know if I do? (sorry I know some stuff about computers, but I never heard of the hosts file till today)

Then never mind. If you don't know what it is, then you are probably not using it.

By the way, did you try the 'solutions' listed at the Scratch FAQ?

Apparently I can upload my projects again...so yeah....thanks to everyone who tried to help.  smile
I think my computer was playing mind games with me  hmm
