There is a "X" button on the costume.

Re: delete

If your using Windows, then you can probably delete the costume from here:
Just copy and paste it into the bar at the top of My Computer  smile .

C:\Program Files\Scratch\Media\Costumes

If that doesn't work, you should be able to find the folder under

My computer > System > Program Files > Scratch > Media

Which is the same place.

As for any other operating system, it's probably different so I don't know.  hmm

It's not on a sprite. It's in her folder where she can open sprites at will.

Re: delete

Go to the Costumes folder in Windows Explorer or Finder (depending on your OS) and then select the costume and press "delete."

Re: delete

two things:
First of all, I am a boy.
Second of all, the costume doesn't show up in the costumes folder under media.

Re: delete

Did you put it into one of the sub-folders inside "Costumes" by mistake? Or maybe you put it in another file... My Documents/Pictures, maybe?  hmm  You could try checking those folders, then deleting it if it turns up - by selecting and clicking "delete", or by dragging it to the Recycle Bin...

Sounds obvious, but are you sure you didn't click "cancel" when exporting instead of "OK"?

Or do you get "Could not write file: Is the folder read-only?" If so, try exporting to a different folder - I often find that this fixes it  smile

Nope. When I click the import sprite button it shows, but I can't find it in windows explorer.

Re: delete

Are you sure you're looking in the right directories (folders) in Windows Explorer? Exactly the right ones?

This is puzzling...

You can always search for the file  smile

Re: delete

Hmm... are you using Windows Vista? I know there have been problems before with deleting those files before on Vista, and there is no known way to fix it.

No problem! Glad to see you're having success. Out of curiousity, did you manage to figure out where it was?

No, just found it in the search. I think it said it was in a folder I already checked.
