How do you make a mod? I haven't seen a really good guide yet, other than the mesh one.

download the source code. You may want some knowledge of smalltalk and squeak first though. Source Code

The first thing you need is the Source code, then you need to know a little about Squeak so you're not just copying forum block (unless you give credit).
