Make a block that makes it so a script only works if that person clicked love it on the game, or favorite, or tagged it, ect. So that you can have extra levels, features, parts that are only available for the people who clicked love-it, favorite, ect. I think this will be an amazing feature and will help get more people to get involved in rating the game.

Cool, interesting idea: using love-its as payment to unlock the full version.
It would be like the shareware model for scratch.
But, I think scratch projects should be free and open, not locked down-
(Also, some people say "If I get 50 love its I'll finish this game" So we can sort-of do this now.) Although, I understand the need to be rewarded for our hard work.
Here, instead of money we want attention to our work, from people that would like the kind of projects we make. It's a non-obvious and laborious process to request attention to your hard work. (post in show-and-tell forum, put a link to your project in your signature, comment on other people's project and hope they will read your comment and they return the favor when they're back online, post it to galleries, add tags (the more the better), bump your show-and-tell thread... )
New and Good Scratchers that don't follow these steps, rarely get attention.
Then the end goal for many is to get on the front page, were some may like your type of project, but many may not. (ie, doll dress up, action game, art.)
To fix this, I think we need better categorization and promotion tools, so people that like certain types of projects can find and promote them within those categories, and an easy way to request help, that rewards the helpful.
