Alright. And I have an idea for a song. Once Jman comes on (we need drums), I'll record it (and if he doesn't come on, I'll use a loop)

I listened to four or five of your compositions and they are great!

Such a cool idea!! You should compose the first official Scratch song. Maybe like a jingle.
I agree that this is a cool idea. And even though it is a very long thread, it has mostly stayed on topic (except for several posts gossiping about fellow students at school). I look forward to hearing what you guys and gals are able to put together in the form of music once you get it all organized.

It's never too late. I'm virtually on 24/7 (my idea of this) and we can always use new people. We already finished kinda a warm-up song. It's in the gallery. If you have any ideas for songs, record it and post the link here -->! lol, not there, but a=on this thread

That's no excuse!!!! Actually, it probably is. I have been thinking about the jingle recently. We just need Berryfeather's friend to sing. I can show you the words (I made up at 2:00AM)

i can play acoustic guitar, do you need someone for that
Sure. Do you know like open cords and power chords and bar chords? Because i really hate playing rhythm guitar. And if you want some solos, we could give you some solos (see, with my electric, I can easily do solos. Olus, my guitar teacher has been working on them with me lately)

Well since i been teaching myself i can only do songs that only consist of holding one fret at a time but i can switch really fast into them for example:
E:___________________________
B:___________________________
G:___________________________
D:___________________________
A:___________________________
E:__7___7___10___7___5___3___2
play it and guess the name of the song repeat it 8 times

So I guess you don't really know like hammer-ons and pull-offs and slides and the penatonic scales (for soloing). How much experience you got? Then we can find you a place
P.S. I don't know what that song is, but heres a list off ones I know (not all the way through on some. And I have 5 years experience)
Crazy Train (Ozzy)
Iron Man (Black Sabbath)
Jessica (Allman Brothers)
Riot (3 Days Grace)
Killing in the name (Rage Against the Machine)
A little Avenged Sevenfold
the Chicken Dance
Day Tripper (Beatles)
Nun Chuka Kata (Buckethead)
Nottingham Lace (Buckethead)
Stairway to Heaven (Led Zeppelin)
And on my bass (1 year):
Another one bites the dust (Queen)
Miss Murder (AFI)
Day Tripper (Beatles)
Crazy Train (Ozzy)
Killing in the Name (Rage against the machine)
Do you use Ultimate-guitar?

Thanks bluestribute, I just bought Iron Man Live from black Sabbath. I loved the movie.

Alright, lemme get my amp ready (all I have is the intro though, and I'm not using a metronome. Recording directly into Scratch)

I'll record it later. It kinda sounds like Bleed it out which I forgot to mention) and my social studies project combined
