I don't know what SRB2 is. Due to your username, I'm assuming the S is sonic?

SRB2 stands for Sonic Robo Blast 2, a 3D Sonic fangame built on the Doom engine (of all things to base a Sonic game on)...it's also been in development since 1998, making it only one year younger than Duke Nukem Forever.
Sadly, despite over 12 years of development time, in my opinion the fangame still looks bad and appears to play relatively bad as well.
But that's just my opinion, from someone who always thought the 2D Sonic games were the best ones and that despite how fantastic Sonic Adventure 1/2 were, the series' potential was never fully realized in 3D.
