You might want to convert your movies into gifs and them import the gif into Scratch. There are many ways to do it. Ask other Scratchers the converters they recommend because I don't know of a good one.
My site Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

I'm afraid you can't import movies into Scratch - however, as what-the mentioned, you can convert them to GIFs. There's a few programs that let you do that; however, I'm not an expert in that area, so you're on your own there, unless somebody else is willing to offer some advice...

Try going to http://www.gifninja.com/. It converts videos to GIFs without making you download anything.
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

okay i got a soulution but itll take time.Every second pause the vid and press print scren wich is above your insert button,i advise when playing the vid to have it full screen as print screen copys the whole screen.every time you press that buton open paint or any pic software and paste it,save the pic(frame)go to scratch,open the start pic.go to the costumes and click copy open the new costume up clear it and add your 2nd pic and continue with the rest.
okay now we have all those costumes script like this:when green flag clicked switch to costume 1, forever wait 0.22 secs switch to costume 2:and keep doing that until done.

It's a whole lot easier to just export it to a .gif...
