Hidden post?

I was looking around the forums, and I saw this:

On the top part, you can see Paddle2See supposedly made a post. However, when I checked inside the forum, I don't see anything! Is this some sort of glitch?

Re: Hidden post?

When moderators move posts, it generally doesn't update that page  smile  It's a glitch.

Re: Hidden post?

Sometimes, when a mod/Scratch Team member moves the latest post in a forum to a different forum, the post still appears in on the index  yikes  I don't know why it happens... it's a glitch that's been around for a while, though...  hmm

EDIT: coolstuff beat me to it... D:

You can also see the same glitch with the FAQ forum right now.

Re: Hidden post?

Once I found spam in a foreign language forum. I posted a message telling the person not to spam. It later then got deleted by Moderators and it still said that I had posted. It just must not update, or something...  wink

Yeah, it's a mega glitch, especially when several posts are deleted.

When they get deleted altogether, the glitch doesn't happen, but when they are moved to a different forum, it does...  hmm

Re: Hidden post?

It probably got moved to another forum, but it stayed there in the index. Isn't that wierd?

Maybe you marked it as read accidentally?

Well, it says the last post was by Paddle2See, but the problem is that Paddle2See wasn't the last one to post in that forum; it's not that there's a new post.

Speaking of marking things as read, is there anyway to mark single threads as read? That would be SOOO handy.
