how can i pot things i make on my websites?

i have websites and i want to use scratch to make games for them the only problem is i cant download the flash files onto them is there a way or a futcher update that will let me being as im not to good with technicalites

There is a "embed" link under the tags box on a project. If you click there, copy the bottom code and embed it in your HTML files.

Meew0's method will work fine if you feel like uploading it to Scratch first, but if you want it to work offline without doing so, maybe this thread can help you understand.
