i have a continuse serise on scratch every project is a remix on the last but when i get on it says ony 2 out of the 5 i have posted is a remix plz tell me whats going on.

Hm... A remix is when you download a project, change something, and re-upload it. But if you keep Scratch with the project open and change something there, it will not be displayed as remix.

Look here for an example. It says "Based on Porygon-Z's version of Porygon-Z's project". I released 2 demos for the project (which I deleted) and while uploading them I kept scratch open.
If I would have downloaded the demo, changed, uploaded, downloaded, removed, changed, uploaded, downloaded, removed, changed something, and uploaded the final version, then there would be "Based on meew0's version of meew0's project".

Did you understand that?

Projects won't show more than two of those "Based on ___'s project" things... otherwise there would be "Based on Person5's version of Person4's version of Person3's version of Person2's version of Person1's project", and it would be crazy. big_smile

Yes I know, but I thought he meant that the remix chain is not showing on his newer projects? hmm

I think they are all remixes of one project but three don't say that they are, n=but I don't know why.
