Stop trying to act smart when you're not on the wiki team or anything.

There's a random password ready if you have an account ready - 8 characters (only letters and numbers), lowercase and uppercase.

We used to private message people - but that takes too long  tongue  It's inconvenient.

Stop trying to act smart when you're not on the wiki team or anything.

That was unnecessarily harsh...

A question, though: Is the wiki team the group of editors or the group of bureaucrats?

Ok ok, I'm sorry.

It's just that Wolfie has been already wrong a couple times on this thread, and all she's doing is assuming/guessing things/information, that is incorrect. And that's not what you're supposed to do in order to provide assistance to a Scratch user.

Anybody can help, but if she doesn't know the answer as a fact, than she shouldn't bother posting it just to be wrong and get a user confused.

But yeah, the Wiki team is considerably all of the editors  smile

Oh, no, don't be offended! I wasn't in any way suggesting that what you did implied that you were a bad person; in fact, even running this wiki at all is a feat that only somebody with a lot of dedication can do. And hey, sometimes I completely freak out and say some pretty mean things, so don't worry about it  smile

I've noticed a lot of confusion surrounding this post... I'll try to explain it from my point of view... From what I see, it's just a simple misunderstanding...

I thought that Tonks was asking how to retrieve her password from the page you linked to... So, I used the information that you stated (see below quote), to try to help her with that...

Hmm. Well that was in order to recieve that password - I thought you were referring to the new password to the account, like the default password. Perhaps it was my misunderstanding.... sorry.
