Wait, what is obsolete? Do you mean the Panther variable blocks opened in Scratch? If so, yes, because the blockSpec dict doesn't have them.
A note on Panther-
I have been in this collab for a while, and two of the members are on the Panther team, so even if we do not release Panther by the beginning of summer we can still use it for Photon. I will just release a password-protected image and give everyone in the collab the password. However, it does not support BYOB any more than Scratch does because it has its own system of block creation (which happens to be more powerful than BYOB.)
Cool! Should we even bother continuing to comunicate on the 07'ers forum, or just do all our talking here?

I don't think you'll get to join this, it is only for people who were involved in the SWC Collab and I don't think they are taking on new members
