Mystery Anagram~ Need help

I fail at working out Anagrams, so please help me work out this one:

That's a good motto. But my internet connection is being slo-o-ow... I couldn't be bothered to wait for the page to load, so I stopped loading it. I noticed that it said "Mark Hoppus" in the link, and then I noticed this thingy in the anagram...

So, I crossed all those letters out, which left me with:

ee hooting tw y

I saw the word "one" in there, then worked out the rest for myself  big_smile
