Well, Whenever I try "calm" Methods, They don't listen. I may get in trouble, but the jerks lay off of me for a while...

The best thing you can do when your ticked: Fling various objects at a wall. Works for me.
If nessecary: Eat chocolate: It's the instant cure! Or do whatever you please within reason.
Banging your head against a wall sometimes works: Just don't bang it too hard, sometimes, i hit my head so hard, I forget about all thein my life, but I'm on the verge of being K'O''d.
Do someting with a friend, if you want to. They are very good to talk to.
I throw my protracter at the wall when I'm angry, I chocolate is rare in my house. I draw, and banging my head on the wall.
If I get mad at my sisters, I beat them up :T

What I do, to get over that is eat LOTS of candy. Not all the time, but just today. Because I had a bag of Skittles next to me. And I just gave into temptation, and it's gone now....
