I'm pretty sure they were removed.

maybe we can get them back by halloween...

but, I heard that if you get one when it was not anywhere near halloween, you can get your scroll burned

so I gave up, yet, I know how to get neglected

get a cave born, go to scroll, actions for that egg, fog it, wait 6 days and 9 hours, then log back in and get your neglected to hatch!

don't try it unless you want a burned scroll

oh, and since you can't get a zombie dragon unless you want your scroll burned, I released that hatchling, at least I might get a neglected...

You won't get your scroll burned. That's a sign saying you cannot get this dragon. Therefore TJ would just remove it completely.

Please just only click my hatchling over to the right. I only kept my full-grown dragons because I'm going to raise some different-color shade green eggs. And I want to make then grow at the same time....
