Scratch

I've come out with a series named cube and have decided to make the 3rd of the series.  I recently made a feature where the cube gets frozen for 5 seconds.  It would look great, except the go to front block isn't working properly.  The ice sprite isn't going in front of the cube sprite even when I put a go to front block between every other block!  The cube continually goes to front then back 2 layers, but the sprite still can't manage to get in front!  I've tried tons of variations of the script, but nothing is working!  Can somebody please help me out!
