Definitely!
But I don't really look at the clock much when Scratching, so I haven't experienced it that often.

When I use the Scratch Program, the time flies by...
Same with browsing the Scratch Website.
Same with posting in the Scratch Forums.
Same with playing in the Scratch Text-Based Games.
Same with editing the Scratch Wiki.

Well, it's 11:15 now, oh never mind it's 11:34. No, no, wait, it's 12:23. HOW IS TIME GOING SO FAST?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Whenever I use anything on the computer or a games console, or if I'm watching the TV, the exact same thing happens to me! Facebook is especially addictive... I feel like I spend half my life on it sometimes. I make an effort to try and take regular breaks from anything electronic and do something else like read or draw or listen to music. Weekends seem to whizz by too quickly as well, whatever you're doing.
