O.K., so I was sitting here waiting for Scratch to load while playing guitar and thought to myself "Wouldn't that be cool if Scratch had a band? We could submit our part of the song in a project, then the next person would download it and put there part over it, etc, and when were done, I will make an account for all of our songs". Would any be interested? If you are, fill out this:
Instrument(s): Guitar, Bass, Mandolin
Experience: Guitar-4 years, Bass-2/3 years, Mandolin- 4 months
Wanna be in the band?: Yes
A project of you playing would be helpful but not required
Maybe this will work, maybe it won't. I'm just really bored.

Really? You do. Wanna be in the Scratch Band? And as for you Toasty, lemme search the internet for a cheap sound recorder

Toasty, I just Realized, Radio Shack and Wal Mart and places like that have some cheap microphones

Do you have a mic?

yup, but I'm not very good, I'll make something though.
p.s. they are electric drums so I don't need a mic, i hope that's o.k.
That's perfect. Do some improvising and I'll put down a bass track. Post the link!

Here's our profile. Since I'm the leader, only I know the password (also since it's my universal password)! I'll post the finished songs in this profile!

http://scratch.mit.edu/galleries/view/21195 And that will be our finished songs. So do you want to record the drum track? Or should I record the bass track first?

I'll do drum first being the fact a drumer usually needs to make the beat.
And I can't use the metronome with Garageband (and I don't know where the BPM is on Wavepad)

Alright, I'll download it and put a bass line over it

This will take a while to get it into a .band format and put down a bass line (though I do hear some awesome drum fills)
