I dug up a few ideas from an old idea book I had:

-Another whale? (humpback, beluga, orca or right whale maybe) Water type... and something else... Ice, Rock, Steel...
-Barnacle. Rock Water.
-Catfish. Ground Water?
-Pirahna. Water Dark? OOH Water Fighting!
-Mirror. Psychic? Psychic Ice? Psychic Steel?
-Algae Eater. Water Ground? Water GRASS?
-Cattail. Water Grass? Ground Grass?
-Computer. Electric Psychic or Electric Steel
-Black Hole. Dakr type.

Mirror - Hmm... maybe. But with the release of Zoarack (or how you spell it) it kinda takes the transform/ditto-y thing.

Algae Eater - Placaustomus (I have one, it's pretty big.) and yes. Water/Grass would be good :3
Cattail - How about swamp plant?
Computer - Yes... how about a Ghost/Steel form of Rotom. Maybe Jackhammer? Saw?
Black hole - Much like Darkrai...
