Alright. I noticed I can't re-post my Guestbook. In other words: I can't submit my project over he other one with the same name! Like you have a project called the, and edit it, you re-submit it calling it the, but it's not working!
Don't say "Make sure it has the same exact name" because I just did an Experiment. I posted one GB, saw it was uploaded, and then re uploaded it changing nothing at all, and got a second GB. This I will try tomorrow with my Pokemon Game (after glitch report), but it still probably won't work. If you want a demonstration, I will make one.

No, THere is a glitch in the system. I had the same problem when I postsed mine. You can't repost a project with an apstraphe ( ' ) in them. Just get rid of it and it should work.
