When I wasn't logged in, it said that the url was http://18.85.13.67/! What does this mean? Now it's back to normal... but I can still go there from "History". Going to the forums seems to reset it.

That's the Scratch website's IP, I think. It's just another way of going to Scratch.mit.edu, as far as I know.

Every website is actually an IP address like that. Text web addresses are there to make it easier to remember and type in.
