Lists- putting the answer in with something

I'm making a Chatbot that asks your name. How do you put the answer AND another message like 'cool name' or whatever in the same item on the list?

Please support Snakehead Island 2!

Get the "join" block from "operators" and drag the variable for the name into the first one, then in the second one type ", cool name!".
