Unfortunately, you can't share projects with the new blocks - they won't work online or in other people's Scratch players. You can, however, share your Scratch modification in the Advanced Topics forum, if you'd like.

If you share a hacked block, it won't work online and it doesn't work on other computers--it shows the "obsolete!" thing.

You can share it, but the block won't be easily available; those who download your project will only see a red obsolete block (as ThePCKid said already).
It works when downloaded, though - but it's not like people can just use your block and play around with it.

Pretty much what everyone else said. If you post your mod on the advanced topics forum other users can download it and use your modified blocks.

if your block is not included in a popular mod like Panther or Bingo, you can ask the creators (like me) to add it so others can view it on that mod.
