why have all of my threads been closed?!

I have many threads that I think mods are closing for no reason, many of my threads that had no reason to need to be closed, why were they closed? I will post a link to the forum threads that have been closed that had no reason to be closed

http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=30900

http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=31242

those three are ones that I have a problem with being closed, I hope that a mod might open them up again

There is a time rule that closes all threads that have not been active for more than a month to reduce spam, trolling, and unwanted bumping.

I'm glad to think that the community will always be kind and helpful, the language will always be a fun and easy way to be introduced into programming, the motto will always be: Imagine, Program, Share - Nomolos

2 months in some places, 2 weeks in others  smile  It's mostly to stop necroposting and such - but, if you have something important to say (not just "lol" or "I agree with <randomuser>", but something that contributes to the discussion in a productive way) just click report, say that you want it re-opened and one of us mods will open it for you  big_smile
