Try checking the connection speed of your internet - that might have an effect on if a project uploads. If that seems to be normal, try heading to the "Edit" menu to compress some sounds and images

Last time something like that happened, it was because the website was down.
But in this case, the website isn't down. Try changing the tags, because that helped when I was trying to upload a drumset.
