Akira is an anime classic, it was made in 1988 and it still widely regarded as the best anime ever made.

The show is not awful. Just because you don't know what a real show is supposed to be like, you can't judge. I know lots of people who watch Hetalia.

And the first episode is to introduce the character's personalities, thankyouverymuchnow.
