Since on scratch we can see who loves our projects, who commented on our projects and who remixed our projects, shouldn't we be able to see who downloaded our projects? Maybe we want to find out who might remix, or even might have stolen art or projects and report them, maybe someone even took our songs that we paid for with our own money! I think the scratch team should add a button that allows you to see who downloaded your projects.

Thing is, anyone can download - even people without accounts (by typing "/download" after the URL). And as for sharing music and art on the Scratch site, you might want to check out the License to Play. However, if a project is an exact duplicate of someone else's work (and it doesn't give credit!), you can flag the project, and provide a link to the original

Well, you can already find out who did remix your projects, which takes care of a lot of the stuff you're talking about. And as Wolfie1996 said, sharing songs you payed for is legal depending on the circumstances.
