I'm pretty sure you can contact them directly from the banned page.
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

Someone shared an image of the page you hit when you're banned... it said to "Type a message in the box below if you want to discuss your ban with the Scratch Team" (or something like that).

Hmph enjoy your fall - I get a lovely spring... without pans of new leaves.

Also, you can contact the scratch team directly from their email address if you have it saved in your contacts list.
