Whats this "trojan-relayer-jolleee" stuff?
Can someone tell me?
My anti-virus keeps telling me that it has quarantined and deleted it about every minute that I'm on Scratch.

A trojan is a type of virus, and can be quite a bad one too 
Try running a scan on your computer and see if your antivirus can find anything? 
And If by Scratch, you mean the program then you could also try un-installing and re-installing it since sometimes Anti-virus's get confused by programs like that sometimes, but it's unlikely the Scratch Program actually has a virus.
