After constant work, and much dedication by some members of the community, the Scratch Wiki has been released! Read more about it in the blog post by Lucario621.
how do you sign up? I can't figure out how, do you need a wikipedia account?
You need a Scratch Wiki account - only I, JSO, and Andres can create accounts, thus give them out. If you'd like to help the wiki, and get an account, look here for information about becoming a contributor.

Would this work as a logo? It turned itself from a PNG to a JPG... nooo!

Wow! That looks great! Let me just see what small changes I can make to it

Ok - here's a cleaned up logo:
I mainly cleaned up the coloring, and changed the Scratch Cats so they weren't so blurry. The tiny Scratch Cat head is from the top-left icon on the Scratch Program (cleaned up).

Q: Why do you want to join the Scratch Wiki?
A: I want to help other scratchers and it would be fun.
Q:How would you help the Scratch Wiki by becoming a contributor?
A: If I become one I will help simplify some scripts others use harder ones so it takes less time scripting and more!
Hope I get to become one!
Also if I do get to be one do I log-in as my scratch account or do I have to create a new one. Thanks scratch team for making all this cool stuff happen!

Ah, no, please don't let's start down that road. The whole idea of a wiki is that nobody owns an article. As soon as you post an article, other people will start editing it with improvements. It ends up as the collective best effort of everyone who cares about the topic of the article. So, please post articles because you see a need and fill it, not because you're trying to stake out territory or gain status or anything like that.
PS I really like the stick art in your sig, especially the skateboarder.

I like it... good work, Wolfie and Lucario!
Is it too late to submit a logo? I was thinking about the Scratch Cat wearing reading glasses and holding a book/newspaper/whatever in its paws...

Whenever you edit a page, this text shows...
Please note that all contributions to Scratch Wiki may be edited, altered, or removed by other contributors. If you do not want your writing to be edited mercilessly, then do not submit it here.

I would rather not give up my individuality. Although, my current sig is a huge advert

Yeah... sorry that it went all blurry - TinyPic decided to turn it into a yucky JPG just when I needed a PNG... ^^"
I like what you did with it, though
Also, may I put forward a suggestion? I'd like to contribute a couple of things to the Wiki, but I'm not sure how long I'd stay committed to it. I'm sure many others in this position. Perhaps there should be a thread on here for posting drafts of possible edits, so that people without accounts could contribute, while still keeping it under control (and with correct facts)?

If you want to make just a few edits, just request an account. You don't have to commit to be an editor for a very extended period of time.

I'm just wondering

we should make a decision soon. People might get board of waiting to become an editor if it drags on longer? So will there be registered users and normal or just registered? It would be less spammed if no unregistered users. U could use Ipban also for spam?
