How Do I get music on my projects?

I'm wondering how to get my music from my iPod/MP3 to Scratch I need it for one of my projects PLZ HELP TT_TT  sad

Well, you can use iTunes. You go Advanced>Convert selection . But first change the settings so it converts to MP3, because Scratch only recognizes .wav and .mp3 formats

And to import it into Scratch you need to just go to the sounds tab in a sprite and then click import sound

looks like somebody needs a sound editing studio, try Audacity, http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ it's what I use, you can convert sounds into any type of file

Personally, I prefer GoldWave over Audacity. But it's not free  sad . Audacity is the best free solution you can get though

I either get music from unknown projects or export music thats on my computer to Scratch.

I have my sound files saved as mp3's, but when I try to put them into scratch, it says,
"Unrecognized audio file format"
Is there any reason why?

Easy! Just find your iPod and upload it to your computer! Then convert it to MP3 by downloading a MP3 converter. So simple!!! Then put it on Scratch then find the sound section in the scripts and you'll see your music on the iPod! See? Simple!
