The reason why I'm not sure if Maho made this is because of the eyes and the speech bubble. Other then that, it looks like her style sort of with the 1 pixel line and the gradients.

1 pixel line used to be my style also... and that's not how I draw eyes... My eyes have pupils and are very contrasty and usually have two highlights. I just spend a major part of my usual drawing time making the eyes. Those eyes are just...flat. 3:

Although, I see some similarities in how the eyebrows are drawn, and the hair. ^^
