Ambassadors: iCode-747

FAQ

Q: What is an ambassador?

A: An ambassador is in charge of business with other collaborations. Such as a collaboration with another company.

Q: How committed will I have to be?

A: You do not have to be very commited at all. As long as you help us every now and then, your in. But if I see fit, I can replace or remove you at any time I wish.

Q: What do the President and Vice-President do?

A: The President is basically the final say in anything related to Upturtle Inc. The Vice President is in charge of arranging votes and such.

Q: How does my job help the company?
Programmers are the main base. Without them we couldn't make any games, simulations, animations, and pretty much everything.

Artist make sure everything looks good. We don't want to leave an entire game to a great programmer that lacks in his artistic skills.

And I think that's every job I haven't discussed.

Q: Do I need an example of my work to be in Upturtle?
Yes, if you are applying for Programmer or Artist I need an example.

For Ambassador and Vice-President, I will have to look around and make sure your fit for the job.

Pros and Cons

Pros
~Small groups of each type of member, Work closely with the people doing the same job as you.

~Will only have experienced Scratchers.

~Little stress on you.

Cons
~Not having to be committed to the company could mean that some work is not quality. If this happens, that freedom will be omitted.

I'm glad to think that the community will always be kind and helpful, the language will always be a fun and easy way to be introduced into programming, the motto will always be: Imagine, Program, Share - Nomolos

Re: Upturtle Incorporated

I would like to join, but I don't think I would be very committed to the programming. I program at a very slow pace. Anything I could do? Also, I don't know how long I would stay with this company, so I might quit at any time.

That is fine. If you read the FAQ, it said not much commitment is required. But it also said if you don't turn in quality work do to this freedom, I can kick you out/remove that freedom.

Ok, so, is the ambassador taken? Or do you think I should do something else?

Oops, already put you as a programmer. Want that changed? And no, Ambassador is not taken (and 3 people can be ambassadors).

I'll keep you as programmer, that's a strong suit for you even if you work at a slow pace.

Meh. I´ll be a programmer. Check out my Watery Adventure and see if I´m good enough. Well, the demo took me no time to make, so I can be better than that xD

Re: Upturtle Incorporated

The forums are being closed, due to too many difficulties with other Scratchers. I have made a gallery and between that and this, I think we can manage.
