I go to the search feature, and search every user to get one of their posts. I go to it and check the post count.

Since you're a moderator, you can do it much easier though. Go to the user search, and make it search everyone based on post counts. You've got the whole list! It'll automatically show the latest counts - oh, why can't I have the user search? It'd only take me 10 minutes at most to update... I won't have to search everyone manually... 
Hey, there won't be any users missing with the user search - I have no way of knowing if I've gotten everyone, and I've probably missed a few (how am I going to get them all?). 

Should I let you (or another moderator) take care of the list? You have the user search, so it'll be incredibly easy to update, and there won't ever be anyone missing from the list.

The only way for me to get the user search is to become a moderator... and I don't want to be a moderator! 

Maybe a moderator could take charge of this topic? Nothing will be missed, and it'll be so easy for the moderator to update.
