How to get rid of most of the squares you see on websites
THIS APPLYIES TO WINDOWS XP
1. Goto Start -> Control panel
2. Goto reigional, language, date and time options
3. Click on "Add more languages"
4. Check the two boxes and click apply
5. Reboot
