Syncing music with your ddr game is probably harder than you think it is. You have to sync the beats perfectly with the music with precise timing and you have to make sure the arrows hit their targets at the nearest tenth of a second. Also you have to take into account how long it takes for the arrows to reach their target. I would think it would take a few hours to sync each song but it would be difficult to do this. Also I wouldn't call your game flash flash revolution because 1. There is already a popular music game with that name. and 2. flash flash revolution was named flash flash revolution because it was programmed in macromedia flash and that name would be inappropriate for a scratch game.
I also played your ddr game game and found that it was lacking a few features, if you want you you can check out my ddr game located at http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/archmage/8435
and search the source for things that you can integrate into your game.

I am kind of surprised at your reaction. I did not intend to offend you and I am sorry if I did. Also you really shouldn't advertise a game tournament if you haven't completed the game yet.
Also here are a few of the answer to your questions:
Q: How do I import sounds or music?
A:Click the stage or any sprite and select the sounds tab which is just right of the costumes tab. Then click import and import your sound file.
Q: How do I make a score?
A: Find the block selection buttons at the top left side of the screen and then click variables. Once you do that you will see the buttons make a variable and delete a variable where you usually find the code blocks. Then click make a variable and name the variable SCORE and you will see the the variable pop up on stage. Using the new block you will find in the variables section you can edit the score variable depending on how well the user is preforming.
