Take the screenshot
upload the file on the internet using a website such as Photobucket then copy the image's link and paste it on the forums

by the way when your mac takes a screenshot it should make a file of it called "screenshot.bmp"

one way to do it is to buy a new mouse with two  buttons.  or you can hold the mac mouse down on the file and try to drag it to where you want it.  trust me.  we have macs that still run on mac os 10 at school.  for the guy who told you to find a paint editor, you can put photoshop on macs.  I hope i've been helpful.

Mac mice have two buttons, it just doesn't look like it and they're not enabled by default    And there are plenty of free image editors out there for Mac, so there shouldn't be a problem with that. No need to go about buying expensive ones like Photoshop!
