How do I copy and paste on Mac OS X PLEASE READ

I want to copy and paste a screenshot from my Mac OS X to the forums. How do I do that? I have the screen shot, I took it with the Grab application.

Open the image up in a paint editor (I don't know one for Mac... Sorry), then save it somewhere. Then, find a free image uploading site, such as ImageShack or TinyPic (my favourite is TinyPic). You have to find the image from your files, add tags if you want to, then click "upload". You might be asked to type the words out of a little box on some websites, but don't worry - this is normal! Then, copy the code for forums (the one with [img] tags), and put it into your post. Hope this helps  smile

Copy it straight into a folder, maybe?  hmm  I've never used a Mac, so I'm guessing... It could work  smile

EDIT: Then upload the same way I said before.

Take the screenshot
upload the file on the internet using a website such as Photobucket then copy the image's link and paste it on the forums

by the way when your mac takes a screenshot it should make a file of it called "screenshot.bmp"

one way to do it is to buy a new mouse with two  buttons.  or you can hold the mac mouse down on the file and try to drag it to where you want it.  trust me.  we have macs that still run on mac os 10 at school.  for the guy who told you to find a paint editor, you can put photoshop on macs.  I hope i've been helpful.

Mac mice have two buttons, it just doesn't look like it and they're not enabled by default  wink  And there are plenty of free image editors out there for Mac, so there shouldn't be a problem with that. No need to go about buying expensive ones like Photoshop!
