Probably not because first of all Dumbledore probably couldn't of found all the horcruxes. Second of all Neville, Hermione, or Ron didn't possibly have the credentials to do so!
4.) What if Neville was the one marked as Lord Voldemort's target do you think he would've even stood a chance?
Not a chance! We dont even know if Neville's mother would have sacrificed herself for Neville
