Use a free image uploading site, like Tinypic or Imageshack... try googling "image uploading site" to find a site that you like (I prefer Tinypic, but everyone's different 
)

You need to upload an image saved on your computer onto a site - imageshack is rather popular for that.
Fill in the upload form and submit - you'll be taken to a page where you can receive your image code.
