Ubuntu/Palringo question

Can I use WINE to install the Windows version of Palringo?
The LINUX version won't work...

Re: Ubuntu/Palringo question

Probably... I dunno, haven't used wine in a while, and I use Fedora, I'd wait for Cocoanut.

Re: Ubuntu/Palringo question

To be honest I've never used Palringo, but from what I've read in the past two minutes it appears WINE is the only way to run it.

And I'm using Windows right now (library) so I can't check. I'll be home in a little while, just wait for it....

Or try it yourself.  wink

Re: Ubuntu/Palringo question

Okay. So right click/control click, and go to properties. Then go to the permissions tab. There should be a little checkbox that says "allow file to open as executable?". Make sure that's ticked, and try again.  smile
