It was 95 degree F yesterday, here in Minnesota. This is not normal! As a Minnesotan, I can not stand 80 degree weather-but this?! It's insane. Yesterday we couldn't even go out for Phy Ed because of the heat and humidity. At the soccer game everyone was dying, and I couldn't even go to sleep at night because of this. What type of stroke is this?
For a Northern state-what an outrage.

Our summers average 87 degrees, and there are 110 degrees day sometimes.

Stay inside with nice old heaters?
If it's hot, stay inside with the AC.

once, in my first year in mn (this year) on the first day after winter break, the temperature was -30F+wind chill, our car wouldn't start (even with the block heater) and I had to run for blocks to catch a bus to school... we heard a story about here where there was snow on july 4th.

I live in Massachusetts, and its ALWAYS so cold! Even if I go to the beach when its 90 degrees F out, the water is so cold!!!!!!! I have live here all my life and I wish my state traded places with Florida or something.
Its so hot, I had to put an icepack in my bunny's cage!

Do you live on the peninsula? Not asking for your specific location, because Massachusetts is part of the Gulf Stream, and the waters there are relatively warm.
EDIT: Massachusetts is not part of the Gulf Stream, but it is very close.

you're not a real minnesotan until you sprint to school in the freezing cold.

California has a very mild climate. Never too hot, never too cold.
But they don't get any snow. -_-
