tell us what kind of inappropriate is inappropriate

i dont know what inappropriate is inappropriate on here it just says in the terms of use nothing inappropriate what kind of inappropriate it doesnt say i didnt really know becuase i put warnings on my projects and anyway the blood graphics is so horrible you cant tell it apart from fruit punch spilling honestly cant there be a rating or something on your games and reasons like the scratch team rate it like esrb and put reasons why it was rated that so that people can play at their own risk, have reasons why it is rated that.

Re: tell us what kind of inappropriate is inappropriate

So, you put a warning on this project right? Yet it was still flagged and warned?
That sounds unjust.
However some stuff is still too inappropriate for Scratch so be careful. Fruit bunch blood may have been overdoing it a little
Use Common_Sense on what you think may be inappropriate or not.

Re: tell us what kind of inappropriate is inappropriate

There's a key difference between the rating systems used on games / movies, and adding your own rating or warning on a Scratch project.

When a parent is shopping, they get to decide if they want to purchase the movie / game or whatever. But on a website, there's no guarantee the parent is browsing along side the child. And back when I was little, I remember that if anything was rated as mature in some way, it just made me want to see it more.  hmm

You see the problem? There's no guarantee that the rating will matter or be listened to, and kids as young as 5 years old browse the site. So we have a single standard, whether or not a project has warnings, that we keep things to - and that's described in the Terms of Use.

So basically most things should be kept to an E rating.
