I know I'm like the 50th person to say so, but that's indeed happened to me before.
And one time, I apparently said something and my brother came up to me and said, "OMG, JOE! You just said what I was thinking!!" I was all like. "Yeah! Duh! I'm a psychic![/sarcasm]". Being my brother, he went to tell my Dad about his psychic experience. I don't see how we're related. >.>

But reaction is a very common English word. It can be used anywhere at any time. Most of the time, when you're thinking of something else, you don't notice common sounds, such as the television. When you're thinking of the thing you're hearing, it's much more audible.
So it's definitely not super powers.
