For me, it says the wrong time.

Even, the forum time is same as our time!

I am a proud US citizen! For one thing, you forgot Alabama, Louisiana, Tennesee, Mississippi, Washington and many others. Also, the US has more than one time zone.
there is EST (Eastern), MST (Mountain), CST (Central), WST (Western), and a couple others.

(I had to mention the missing states because I LIVE IN ONE OF THEM!)

Well, I'd imagine we're still going to have the same forum system - which 2.0 has no effect on. But maybe they'll go around fixing bugs in the rest of the website with the release of 2.0 

You know, it's actually kinda nice to have a unified time for all the forums - it gives the community a much less separated feel. Plus, if somebody says "Oh, at 5 PM Scratch Time this morning I posted thing X!" it's a lot easier to understand than "Oh, at 5 PM EST this morning I posted thing X!" Heck, I didn't even know what EST was until this year
