Ash and the legendaries

Have you noticed that Raikou is the only legendary pokemon Ash Ketchem has never met?

No, it's the only legendary that he's ever met without experiencing amnesia.

You know, whenever he meets any other one he acts like he's never seen it before even though in 3 movies he's met one?

Pokemon Movie 2000, I believe. I used to have it, but I gave it away. Also, food-dude, you spelled "ketchum" wrong.
