Painstakingly peel it out, piece by little piece.

I only own a maverick. But I know a really good hack

You need a muzzle loading nerf gun (NOT CILP)
pin with plastic bead on one end
nerf dart
small marshmallows

Stick pin through suckion cup (you might want to use a very small pin).
stick mashmallow to the tip of the pin.
Light marshmallow on fire 
Shoot something that is not living. (or I will find you).....

Where did you play HvZ?

One of my set-ups for patrolling or quick engagements.
I'm using a Recon CS-6 with a normal magazine plus with a Raider CS-35 Adjustable butt-stock.

Its a WHOLE lot better then getting shot by a paintball or a BB Pellet. Trust me. If you get shot by a paintball then you can get broken bones or bruises and if you get shot by a BB Pellet then it can penetrate your skin and make you bleed.

I don't think a piece of flying foam can break your bones.
