I have decided to make a TBG Credits Manager program from Squeak, but I unfortunately have little experience from Squeak. Therefore, I have decided to make this a collaboration. The goal of this application would be to create "bank accounts" for those who signed up and have a bank history of previous transactions. Could anyone experienced with Squeak Smalltalk help, please?
Here's what it needs to do:
- file extension .ccb
- command-line support
- bank history
- on hand/in bank transactions
- user-to-user transactions
- new user
- macro support (for giving interest)
- integration with TBG

They would keep track of all the tranactions.
Wouldn't it be easier to write it as a proper program in C++ or something?

I don't know what program to use for C++ or C#. Plus, I want the final to be somewhat visual... In any case, Sperry and meew0, you can help.

Visual C# or Visual C++, or use Code::Blocks, whichs is an IDE for several programming languages.

Do any of those programming languages have a tree-style browser?

Yes, I could do that; however, I would prefer to work off of Scratch's visual style.

if you do it in squeak, then you're going to have to program it from the ground up, you can't just base it on scratch.

I just wanted to base it off of the visual style... I'm not going to take any other elements. The rest will be programmed... I just want to use a remixed form of the Scratch Visual Style.
