How is everyone getting these animated pictures??
Almost everyone on scratch has an animated picture for their username. All I want to know is how they get them, because I REALLY want one.

Search for animated GIFs on Google or some other search engine.
Or, you can use image manipulation software, like GIMP, to create your own, using layers, and saving as an animated GIF. Here's a tutorial from WikiHow on How to create an animated GIF with GIMP. Hope this helps

I use photoshop to create my gifs much easier
