Just in case anybody hasn't noticed - the background of the text is the Scratch Cat's head xD - so it's repeated a bunch of times.

Well to do it, I duplicated the layer, then flipped it (verticall), then I moved it down appropriately just below the other text, then I added a layer mask, but when creating it, I selected "Black (full transparency)", then I selected the gradient tool, and with using the normal colors, and using "Linear", I dragged a straight line from where the the center of the reflection text is, to the center of the normal text. Do you get that?

GIMP and Photoshop Elements are both equally great. If you don't have Photoshop Elements, try out GIMP!
