On a Windows computer, open up "My Computer"
Then:
- My Documents
- - Scratch Projects
Then, click on the projects you want to delete, and hit the delete key. :)Hope this helps!

Absolutely. We lack the ability to delete projects. And more.
Third'd... although, a new user might click delete accidentally (exploring Scratch, and so on), and not know what happened... it should be in a different window to "Save"
